The products fit really nice and are of high quality. Sadly by accident though I ripped one of my sweatpants. I sent a request to the customer service with pictures and asked if there is any way to get it fixed and got a super quick answer (request sent on Sunday, answer on Monday 11:50am). They gave me two options either get a gift card to buy a new item (+plus I can keep the old one) or send it to them and get a replacement.
So Im very pleased and happy that they provided me with such great service even as it was of my own fault.
