“Purchased the Exodus Shorts and Eclipse Tapered Sweatpants, both in medium. Amazing quality, the Sweatpants were tight so will have to order a large, they're clearly meant to hug your shape but just note they are a very snug fit. Shorts are the best quality shorts i've purchased in a long time. Not a big fan of the returns process, a little convoluted and not free unlike some competitors which is the only reason for only giving 4 stars...VQ is a 5 star product”

“The customer service representative Charlotte was extremely helpful when i required help with a faulty item that I had received. Upon emailing the company, Charlotte not only replied to me quickly, but provided me with a suitable solution of giving me a gift card to re-order the faulty item and cover delivery costs all within the span of a couple of days which i found was very helpful.”

“I received my order with a wrong size. When I emailed the customer service, within no time I got a response from Chris. As requested I sent him pictures of the product. Few minutes later he sent me the right order. This is how customer service should be. Quick, smooth and clear. Thanks Chris.”

“Really good quality in theire products and customer services. Had a problem with a wrong delivered item and they made a really good service to help me out with that problem. This time the delivery took a little bit longer than they told it would, but that is fine.”
