“I had a very difficult time getting my order processed. I Originally placed the order in October, my tracking number in the email took me to a non trackable shipment, that was frustrating. When I asked again in November about my purchase a different rep other than CHARLOTTE tried to help me, but he never shipped my order, and by that time the hoodie in my original order was sold out, which was again frustrating, however I got refunded for that. Then in December when I still hadn’t seen any updates or heard about my now new attempted order, but originally placed 2 months earlier, CHARLOTTE helped by sending the remaining items available with very good tracking info. Also shipped it and received in 4 days, which I really appreciate her communication. Hopefully this never happens again. The products themselves are great, but with this being my first experience I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.”
