“My advisor Charlotte. She responded really quick and that helped me out. Honestly I was kinda disappointed when I didn’t get my package, however by charlotte’s help I was able to calm down and next day I got my package. I can’t wait to purchase on Vanquish Fitness”

“Charlotte was absolutely great at vanquish. I ordered the wrong size top and she was kind enough to put the right size aside for me so I did not miss out. Five stars to vanquish for your customer service. Not often you come across good customer service. So keep the good work up and thank you”

“Charlotte was my advisor and she helped me resolve an issue with shipping due to the wrong billing address Being put down , she was very understanding and fast with her responses. In the end she organised my parcels to be re shipped to me , thank you Charlotte”

“After receiving a faulty item I contacted customer services where Chelsea was very helpful and friendly in rectifying the situation. I was upset as the item I ordered was for a birthday present but Chelsea was very helpful and sent me out a replacement. Overall I am very happy with my customer service experience and I will be dealing with Vanquish again :) thank you”

“Hands down best online customer service I've dealt with. Delivery took a bit longer than usual due to Black Friday madness, however Chelsea was very responsive and transparent when I opened a ticket to get a status update. Upon receiving the items, there was a minor issue with 1 of the joggers which was immediately resolved by offering me multiple options to rectify this without having to take any action myself. Quality clothing and top notch customer service.”
