Delivery took a bit longer than usual due to Black Friday madness, however Chelsea was very responsive and transparent when I opened a ticket to get a status update. Upon receiving the items, there was a minor issue with 1 of the joggers which was immediately resolved by offering me multiple options to rectify this without having to take any action myself. Quality clothing and top notch customer service.”

“After placing an order for an item of clothing, Charlotte from Vanquish quickly responded to me stating the item was out of stock. Charlotte asked if I wanted to choose another item in replacement which I did. Charlotte processed the new order very quickly and sent it out in the post the same day.

“I ordered my clothes on Black Friday because I could miss the deal. It shipped out the next day which was a huge surprise because of the volume I’m sure they were getting with the deals. I notice when my order came in one of the shirts had a little problem which was nothing crazy at all. I’m sure it was from the travel and the tag getting stuck on the VQ logo. I wrote in to let VQ know about the problem and within 20mins I got a email which is just insane how fast it was. I spoke to CHELSEA which helped me out right away and was super nice. They went above and beyond and gave me a few choices.
