A few days ago I had purchased a large order and one of the pans that I purchased had a stained, I contacted vanquish right away to let them now and I spoke to someone named Jordan and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Jordan was very fast to reply to my email ( minutes ). I had to send a couple of photos to show the fault with the item. Then they sent me 2 options to chose from to solve the issue ( both options were great ). Absolutely amazing service, will definitely be shopping with you again. “This was my first purchase with Vanquish but definitely won't be my last. I came across them through instagram and really liked the look of the things they were posting. I looked at the website and decided to purchase two pairs of sweatpants which arrived within a couple of days. I've got to say the quality and the fit was excellent and better than products I have previously bought elsewhere for a higher price. However I did decide to exchange one of the items for a different colour which was really easy to do. On receipt of my return Chris from there customer service team contacted me to update me and to let me know my replacement item was on its way.
