“I receved a wrong sized item, so i sent an e-mail to the amazing vanquish team and it got taken care of almost immediately. Shout out to Melissa, she was very polite and helped me with easy steps. Definitely will order again from this onlineshop.”

“Been buying and wearing Vanquish clothing for years now. The style, quality and good price of their products makes it an easy choice. Recently had an issue where the stitching came undone on the Velcro on a pocket of some trousers about a month after purchase. I emailed the Vanquish team and Chris replied really quickly. Chris offered either a voucher to buy a another product (including postage), or a direct replacement. Once I’d confirmed Chris sorted things out within a couple of hours. Couldn’t fault the service or Chris’s assistance.”

“I've purchased nine "T" shirts from Vanquish so far, the quality of them is first class, the service from placing the order until it arrived (usually a few days) is so so easy. I had a minor issue recently and as expected the customer service was faultless and went way above my expectations. Big shout out to Chris who dealt with and resolved the issue with only a few emails. Quality service by a quality Company.”

Chris was super helpful—I originally ordered an item that was too large, but he responded quickly and sorted everything ASAP, with a new item sent out right away. “I made a mistake with an order I made for my partner and I had to return some items as the sizing was wrong. I emailed VQ straight away and was responded to by an AI email on the step by step return process with the form poached to print out which was super helpful. One I returned the items I did request for an additional sale item to me added to make up for the price of one of the items I returned. I then received an email back from Cloé informing me that they received the returned items, which stated “ I have just processed the request you have made via our exchange form which was sent back to us“ it was super convenient to process a return with VQ I would highly recommend them for their clothing! I have been ordering from them as they’re all myself and my partner wear! I cannot recommend this brand enough!!”
