Recently had an issue where the stitching came undone on the Velcro on a pocket of some trousers about a month after purchase. I emailed the Vanquish team and Chris replied really quickly. Chris offered either a voucher to buy a another product (including postage), or a direct replacement. Once I’d confirmed Chris sorted things out within a couple of hours. Couldn’t fault the service or Chris’s assistance.”

I emailed VQ straight away and was responded to by an AI email on the step by step return process with the form poached to print out which was super helpful. One I returned the items I did request for an additional sale item to me added to make up for the price of one of the items I returned. I then received an email back from Cloé informing me that they received the returned items, which stated “ I have just processed the request you have made via our exchange form
