“Overall, this has been a very costly, and overall bad retail experience. I was fine with the initial shipping charges, but got hit with an additional CAD$26 of customs charges when the item hit Canada. Add to this, the fact that the item fit poorly (despite being the recommended size by their on-site fit predictor, the pants were way too loose - don't believe the images on how snug these fit on the calves). thus I had to return them, hitting me with an additional 20 pound return delivery charge. Ultimately, I paid more for shipping and customs than the cost of the now returned item. This has been a total waste of my time and money. I do not recommend buying from this brand if you are outside the UK.”

“Amazing products, they fit incredibly. One of the tracksuit bottoms ripped earlier than I expected and they sent me another pair with no hassle. Incredible service highly recommend”

“Made an order from VQ which arrived in good time, lovely items unfortunately one had some of the logo missing so i emailed customer service in which Chelsea got back to me straight away with options on how to resolve my issue which shes done brilliantly. Im happy with the result and will be shopping with them again. Thank you!”

“Absolutely brilliant company and really decent products. Had a few questions about an order and spoke to a young lady called Charlotte who was super helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. Delivery arrived quicker than expected. All in all I would highly recommend!!”

“Quality well made products, but the customer service I received was second to none. Spoke to a girl called Chelsea as I had a slight issue with one of the products. Not only was the response to my query very quick but she was very apologetic and straight away offered a resolution that was very fair to resolve the issue. Couldn’t do enough to make right. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Highly recommend Vanquish clothing and service. 10/10.”

“I received a faulty item from them but as soon as I contacted them about it they responded in a timely manner. I spoke with Charlotte who was extremely helpful, she managed to resolve the issue and send me a replacement item the same day.”

“Vanquish Fit has high quality garments and my order brought me full satisfaction. I did encounter a small glitch (one item was missing in my parcel), but as soon as I contacted the support center, my advisor Jordan took my inquiry in hand and in less than 24h several solutions were offered to me. Jordan was super reactive and made sure my problem was fixed so I could order some more items on their website. Thanks !”
