“I love Vanquish items, always feel excited when I get shipments but just recently I experienced a defective item but I am so thankful they responded so quickly and fixed the issue right away, person who helped me was Charlotte, very great customer service compared to other websites I've purchased items from”

“Nothing but a great experience with vanquish ! Whether it is talking to the team or the quality of the clothes. Both are top notch even down to the packaging is fantastic ! Super comfortable. May be a little higher in price than most people want to spend but in life you get what you pay for, and this quality is definitely it for me !”

“Very good customer service and care. There was an issue with delivery (UPS) and I emailed VFit team regarding this. I spoke to Jordan who was very helpful and gave me a full refund for my delivery charge as was expected next day but there was a delay. Jordan’s response was very fast and couldn’t have been more helpful.”

“In my package was unfortunately missing 1 product out of 5 products. I was quickly and directly from the very nice lady Charlotte of the Customer service helped. A reply from Charlotte came after a few minutes. The price, the Customer Service and delivery except for the missing product are TOP. The quality also looks good. Thanks to Charlotte”

“I had an issue with Eclipse tapered pants. I contacted Vanquish and described the issue with photos. Chris from Vanquish contacted me within 24 hours and provided direct replacement or gift cart for item to remedy the problem. Warranty process was easy and Chris was great! Definitely will continue to buy from Vanquish! Thanks Chris!!”

“I've been buying Vanquish t-shirts since they launched and they are by far the best gym clothing you can find. The t-shirts hold their shape when washed and the colours don't fade either. Bought 2 pairs of shorts recently and they're very comfortable. Next up, joggers! Customer service is always on point too, quick responses and practical on their approach.”
