“I'm very happy with my purchase of zip hoodie. I also purchased leggings. Unfortunately the leggings don't have a pocket for phone as advertised, which was disappointing. I emailed customer services. I dealt with Chelsea. She was very helpful, understanding and dealt with my query promptly. Their customer service is excellent and I was very happy with their help.”

“I absolutely love the colours and fit of my set! I ordered the green set which included leggings, sports bra and long sleeve top. The colour is so flattering and the quality is also great! I had to change my sports bra for a smaller size but this was done really easily through the website (however, would have been better to have free returns) other than that I am really pleased with my items!!”

“I have been waiting for my order for more than 1 month. On their page it says it should take a few working days (I'm in Europe). Worst customer support I've seen. I made multiple requests to them to look into this issue and check with the delivery company but the only response I get from them is some standard template text saying they are taking care of it in x days, but in fact nothing is happening. I've requested them to refund my money but they stopped replying after that. It's my first order from them, but also the last for sure.”
