“I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, but shipment did not arrive for a while. I asked for help and Charlotte kindly helped out. Not only was the shipment late, but 2 of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock. Charlotte suggested I could either change my order or replace the missing items with something else. I chose to add different shorts (I really like the vq design). Charlotte was very quick in getting back to me and correct the situation. Delivery mistake was not very pleasant but the experience with Charlotte was nice. Thank you.”
