“I had a problem with the size of VQfit so I put it to sleep. Immediately after receiving the package, VQfit consultant Chris contacted me and told me about the successful return of the items, sent me a link to track the items for exchange and told me about the next steps. At first I was very skeptical when I sent the goods back, but everything was super simple and fine. Well thank you! Vanquish Fitness is a great brand with great prices and quality products. The staff is nice and communicates well with them. I like this brand.”

Immediately upon receiving the package, VQfit advisor Chris reached out to me and told me about the successful return of the items, sent me the tracking link for the exchange items, and told me about the next steps. “After placing an order I received a damaged pair of pants with the liner sewed into the back waistband. After reaching out to customer service with pictures, I was given 2 options to remedy the issue. At my request they immediately issued me a gift card for the cost of the pants plus delivery fee so we can order another pair of pants. They quickly resolved the issue and made us whole again. Problems are inevitable. What’s important is how well a company treats their customers. My son loves this company and we will continue to shop here!”
