“I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, but shipment did not arrive for a while. I asked for help and Charlotte kindly helped out. Not only was the shipment late, but 2 of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock. Charlotte suggested I could either change my order or replace the missing items with something else. I chose to add different shorts (I really like the vq design). Charlotte was very quick in getting back to me and correct the situation.
