“I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, but shipment did not arrive for a while. I asked for help and Charlotte kindly helped out. Not only was the shipment late, but 2 of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock. Charlotte suggested I could either change my order or replace the missing items with something else. I chose to add different shorts (I really like the vq design). Charlotte was very quick in getting back to me and correct the situation. Delivery mistake was not very pleasant but the experience with Charlotte was nice. Thank you.”

“Waiting to receive my order but i love the fitness clothing on the website. I really cant wait to receive my order. I emailed the customer service and they were so nice. I was a little bit impatient but they really helped me so 5 stars for the customer service”

“Very impressed with my recent purchase at vanquish fitness. I ordered an item I did not like but they were very helpful and offered a refund or exchange with no hassle. The replacement is perfect will be buying more in the near future.”
