“Good customer service only downfall is expensive to return/exchange items. Always look at sizing and size up from other countries. They worked well with me to try and get right size for me as well as turning around to sending back the exchange I needed back to me.”

“I messaged them about an order that didn’t arrive. They quickly responded, stayed in touch with me for a couple days to get all my info and offered me other options. I woke up this morning to a message from them saying they duplicated my order. I have to say their customer service was absolutely amazing! I’m extremely satisfied.”

“Vanquish customer service is very quick and easy. I’ve had only 1 problem out of numerous times ordering from them and all it took was an email and they assured me I would be taken care of. Chelsea and Chris helped me out at an expedited pace and and I was very pleased”

“Items were good quality but unfortunately a bit on the big side in me. But still worth it as the prices were very good for the sale period they had. Delivery was very quick as was the returns and refund of this. Will definitely buy from here again :)”
