“How much I love this brand! I’m completely obsessed with VQ. Their quality active wear is comfortable, stylish, and boosted my self esteem in the gym. Besides their cute fits, they provide some top notch costumer service. My lovely advisor Tara handled my exchange request quick and thoughtful. She kept me up to date on my returned items and provided all the information needed concerning the new order. This brand has become the reason I’m broke, and I love it!”

“I have ordered a few times from vanquish fitness as they sell amazing quality dragon ball z T-shirts. They are soft to touch, you can even size down with some items. I had an issue with an order I had received contacted customer service, they got back to me within a few hours and we spoke about the issue a day later they have resolved my issue and even give me a gift card to express their apologies. Thank you”

“I like Vanquish’s clothing esthetic. I have gotten quite a few items to check out what they have to offer. However, after getting three pairs of the seamless leggings I have found an issue. Two of them in a month period of time started coming apart at the seams in the crotch area. I was able to get a replacement pair for the first one’s and have received those. Time will only tell if they come apart. The second pair I opted to get a gift card to replace with something else from the website be a they do not offer an actual refund. Melissa was super helpful and assisted me in getting those things done. Another thing I am pretty frustrated about is I bought a jacket which was cute but a little too oversized, I would say the size guide is a bit off. I asked to have an exchange, not a refund, and they do not offer that. It’s 2024 and they want me to pay for shipping and to print a label to send the item back. Honestly it was too much of a pain so I just wear the jacket on my lazy days even though it does look a little ridiculous. Overall the customer service for this brand is pretty helpful but I’m giving it three stars because of the quality control issues and the lack of options for customer service. It’s not the customer service representatives fault that the brand is behind the times.”

“I ordered tracksuits from this company based on their appealing website. However, upon receiving them, I was deeply disappointed by the poor quality and ill fit, which were far from what was advertised online. I promptly returned the items via tracked delivery and filled out the returns form on their website. Despite confirmation of the items being received by them the next day, they have since ignored all of my emails. Now, nearly three weeks later, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action to obtain our refund. I strongly caution potential customers to steer clear of this company at all costs.”

“I buy workout clothes quite often and don't shy away from relatively "premium" brands. But one thing that is consistent with these brands is a hassle free exchange policy. It's common for me to try a brand for the first time and exchange my first purchase until I find the right fit with the brand. I purchased 2 shirts as a trial. Both did not fit me well (one was a tighter fit (performance model) and the other was a loose fit (oversized model)). I should have read their return policy because it's now going to cost be $40 USD to return these 2 shirts that cost me $60. I decided to return and not exchange at all. Not worth the gamble to potentially exchange again. What a shame.”
