I had issues with DHL—the package was supposedly delivered to a resident in my building, but at that time, everyone was at work. I was on vacation and at home, yet no one rang my doorbell.
After Vanquish contacted DHL on my behalf, DHL insisted that everything had been done correctly and lied once again, as they often do when incompetent employees don't do their job properly.
However, Vanquish was aware of the issues that can arise with certain delivery services and gave me a store credit so that I could place my order again. Unfortunately, some items are now out of stock, so I can't get everything I initially ordered. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Vanquish because of their excellent service and, of course, the great quality for any gym enthusiast!”
