“An order wasn't sent by us. Also the trackingnumber was useless. Charlotte, a very nice and competend advisor from the customer service checked out the problem and sent us the order again. She answered very fast, friendly and competend.”

“This was maybe my 4th time buying clothes from Vanquish and I had an issue for the first time. One of my items was faulty. Chris the customer service agent took ownership of the issue and provided me with a solution right away. Clothes are amazing, customer service are extremely efficient. I’m so happy this store exists. I definitely recommend buying the stuff they sell. Thank you Vanquish! 🙏”

“To begin with: A large part of these valuations is BOUGHT by Vanquish. They promise you a £10 voucher if you give them a good rating. My service was unfortunately very bad. After Vanquish mixed up my shipping address with the billing address, I now wait over 3 weeks for my order. My emails were suddenly not answered anymore and my problem was not taken care of. The staff was also too incapable to write my address correctly the second time, so I had to write again that this was the wrong address. Now, over 3 weeks after the order, I got the message that a part of my order is SOLD OUT. So now I don't even get all of my order, which I have been waiting for for several weeks and have already paid for. I hope that at least the refund will be made faster. In all this time I have not been offered any compensation or given a real apology. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Shame on you for such a way of dealing with your customers!”

“This t shirt is top quality and was perfect just needed a different size due to covid the return was delayed from my side but customer service was excellent absolutely outstanding letting me return the item long after the return days. Prompt answer by customer service and exchange of my t shirt which now has already been sent out arriving in the right size! Can not complain positive excellent customer care thank you”

“Usually dont leave reviews but they have great stuff. fits well if you're a gym rat and are picky about fit, material is great. cs very quick to respond when I was sent one wrong item. my favorite gym attire no doubt”
