“To begin with: A large part of these valuations is BOUGHT by Vanquish. They promise you a £10 voucher if you give them a good rating.
My service was unfortunately very bad. After Vanquish mixed up my shipping address with the billing address, I now wait over 3 weeks for my order. My emails were suddenly not answered anymore and my problem was not taken care of. The staff was also too incapable to write my address correctly the second time, so I had to write again that this was the wrong address. Now, over 3 weeks after the order, I got the message that a part of my order is SOLD OUT. So now I don't even get all of my order, which I have been waiting for for several weeks and have already paid for. I hope that at least the refund will be made faster.
In all this time I have not been offered any compensation or given a real apology. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
