“I purchase my gym clothes from VQ as I’ve found them to be the best quality worldwide. They ship from the UK to Australia and it’s always been a seamless process. The customer service staff are amazing and are very responsive to emails, in particular Charlotte. 5 star company”

“I received my order from Vanquish. Unfortunately, part of my order was stained. I complained about this using the contact form and received a response in a few (!!) minutes. I came to an agreement with the customer service to the fullest within a very short time in one day. I haven't experienced such a nice and prompt service in a long time. THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! I am happy to order from Vanquish again !! Greetings from Germany.”

“While I had allot of trouble with my order because of the local Postoffice company PostNL, I got in contact with the costumer service of Vanquish. They solved my problem as fast as they could and took care of the problem. One of the best experiences costumer service I’ve had with a company. Besides that the clothes are great as well 😊. Thanks again Vanquish”

“I start with saying that Vanquish is definitely my favourite brand for training clothes, unfortunately for one order I’ve been asked to pay a customer fee from ups, I asked to the customer service how to solve the problem and CHARLOTTE helped me to solve the situation with a discount code of the amount of the customer fee. I’m totally satisfied of the customer service.”
