“Superb customer service from Charlotte at Vanquish Fitness. I made an order for my son's birthday and on arrival a t-shirt was missing. I got in touch and within an hour of contacting Charlotte had sent another one out and a big apology. Thank you really appreciate the speed you dealt with the issue. Mistakes happen in every business but, it is the way they are dealt with that really matters. 👏😁👍”

“Ordered 3 shirts, One of the shirts i ordered was out of stock; after i emailed them my advisor Rachael was great help solving the problem giving me a refund and had my other two shirts shipped out! Amazing service. Great products.”

“Was happy with my order but accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the t shirts. Sent the product back completing the returns form. Received an email from Chris saying the the exchange has been processed which was very quick. Great customer service.”

“At first I had an issue with the delivering of my order. I reached out to Vanquish and I get a reply very soon from Charlotte. She was very helpfull to solve the problem that I didn't received my order. She resend my order. The communication was very good en quick.”
