“I use the vype epen and epen caps, they're so easy and quick to use, whenever I've experienced any problems with my epen vype have excelled in customer service, great product and I would recommend to anyone who's thinking of the switch from cigarettes to e-cigarettes.”

“Pleased with the e stick. Amazed at how quickly they are delivered. Excellent service. Cheaper than I can buy in shops here . Not had a cigarette now for 5 weeks. Only thing is I am not sure they have 200 puffs in each tip or 12 mg of nicotine. They do give you the feeling of having a cigarette which is what I like. Better when held with fingers over little holes in side. Would be good to get different strengths. I also chew Nicorette which is 4 mg and it can have a stronger effect. All in all I am delighted because this is the first time in my life I have managed to stop smoking tobacco.”

“The battery lasts longer than the Eco pure I had before but the battery on this one stops working randomly even when it's fully charged and then a short time later starts working again!!! Really frustrating! When it works it is gives a more satisfying hit then other E-cigs I've used.”

“Light and great looking. Poor draw (very little resistance). The body is weak and mine cracked within a week of purchasing. It still works ok but comes apart very easily. It could be shorter and with a bit more effort to draw out the smoke and a bit sturdier of course! Other than that I quite like it!!!”

“Excellent works great but I have noticed since you brought out the new flavours you have increased the price of ePen caps, this makes them to expensive so will probably revert to a vayper with a refillable vessel.”

“I was very disappointed with the product. I brought the charging case and e cigarette with the capsules. Within 2 months the case stopped charging (this is meant to last 300 charges) so I had to by a new one (the old battery still charged in the new case) and quite often although the capsules are meant to last 200 puffs they last fair more less for example I had many that lost taste and puff after just a few puffs. I also email vype to explain my disappointed about having to get a new case and about the short lasting capsules and never received any reply poor product poor customer service I will not be using them again”

“Easy ordering process and very quick delivery. East to change the refills and they don't leak in your mouth like some of the other electronic cigarettes. The battery lasts a long time to. Very pleased with mine.”

“I prefer the vype e cig it is cleaner than the oils it's less messy it charges a lot quicker too,my only negative is it is more expensive ,the vype refills are on average in the shops £8.00 for 3 ,the oils are only about £4.00 and last a lot longer ,both myself and my husband have stopped smoking cigarettes with the vype .”

“Overall the product is very good. The only thing I would say is that I hope the price of the epen capsules come down in price in the future. I especially like the fact that the pen is quite robust and doesn't leak.”
