“I don't seem to be able to get my vype e-pen to work properly. I have thoroughly charged it and it doesn't seem to work after a couple of puffs. would appreciate a new one as the one I have seems faulty.”

“It a great help if like me you tend to want to smoke at times of stress and don't want the guilt of actually smoking. No smoke, no smell and no standing outside regardless of weather just to soothe your nerves. I just wish I had got one a long time ago!”

“Giving up is never easy. Whilst it is the habit that ultimately needs to be broken I have found Vype to be a great companion on my journey. Those times when you get the craving it can be satisfied by using the Vype e-stick. It's much cheaper than cigarettes and my sense of smell is also back properly! I'm 6 weeks in and going strong. Yep. Recommended!”

“Very impressed with the quality of both epen and stick ...Customer service has been brilliant after I had complained about some of the e stick refills not lasting very long, so think there could be an issue with manufacturing..You have a very good product otherwise and will continue to use..”
