“This device is amazing it gives good flavour and good amount of vapour the only problem is the price for the Epen caps but for the quailty i dont mind”

“Good substitute for cigarettes, helps to quit fast. However, on one occasion the carteridge leaked between uses, and became very sticky and messey”

“This the first e- cigarette that actually tastes like a cigarette, of the many that I've tried. It's very easy to assemble and use. The very reasonable initial cost and subsequent replacement cartridge costs make this product very suitable for those trying to quit or reduce their smoking.”

“Surprisingly smooth transition from smoking about 10-15 roll-ups a day, to vaping with the Vype ePen. Piece of cake to use, starter kit flavour 'blended tobacco' is good. Have since ordered a big consignment of various flavours to try out. The 'dark cherry' flavour is surprisingly good. Initial trials suggest my approx £75/month smoking habit will go down to an approx £20/month vaping habit. No real issues at all. Glad I bought it.”

“The service from Vype was absolutely brilliant, the prices are great & I overall enjoy using my Vype, I haven't touched a cigarette in 4 weeks, which is a massive achievement for me. I get my Vype Epen refills from my local Lloyds pharmacy though as I think the price for postage from the Vype website is overpriced, so therefore that's the only reason for me giving 4 stars. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. Hope this helps. Thank you :)”

“really like this e-cig took a bit of getting used to as my previous ones were slimmer,like it a lot as you can turn it of and there is no leakage as with previous ones. all in all a very good product.”

“Delivery was nice and quick and the E-Cap Pen is really easy to use and change flavour. Had a slight problem with the fluid coming out of the mouth piece but think this was due to how to used”

“I prefer vype e-pens to the more expensive vaping ones, but the cost is so much more compared to a bottle of liquid which lasts a couple of weeks (at £3.99) as opposed to three vype refills at 6.99 or 7.99 in Superdrug, which last two to three days.”

“To begin with the e-cigarette was great, the best is found in the market (so far), and I've had few different brands. However, a couple of months he gone by, 3 max, and it's leaking and falling apart. They're obviously made to last so long and then made to re-purchase. Which is great for their business but not for mine. Good for three months but not for longer.”

“As a new e pen user, my only criticism would be no information of strength of nicotine content compared to normal cigarettes. As a smoker of 50 years, I find 18mg far too strong and am going to purchase less strength. Perhaps you could advise prospective new customers as to comparative similarities to conventional cigarettes. Apart from the above, service was excellent.”

“I used to have a big, heavy, cumbersome square shaped tank e-cig. I liked it, but became embarrassed with its appearance, and didn't want to have to manipulate the e-liquid anymore. Bought the Vype pen. Pros: Smart look, discreet, easy to use, no need to manipulate e-liquid, very light, very easy to change cartridges. Very good customer experience during purchase (easy website, swift delivery). Cons: Not very powerful (if you have a variable clearomizer, you may find it disappointing), takes a couple of hours to charge and would only last 1.5 day. You obviously only can use the cartridges sold by Vype. That's alright (good quality) but the crisp mint one tastes virtually of...nothing at all (in 6 mg/ml). This was unexpected since I really used to like the crisp mint bottle e-liquid (for my previous tank e-cig). The other menthol one is only available in 18mg/ml (I am trying to quit nicotine), so might have to try other low concentration nicotine ones. Summary: good all rounder, no itchy throat, no risk of toxicity with e-liquid, or damaged coil, but not very powerful. Would love a stronger tasting mint flavor. ***** update: following this review, have been contacted by customer service. They kindly sent me a pack of apple flavoured cartridges for free. Very impressed by the swift reply and kind attention from the Vype team. And apple taste suits me a bit better.”
