“The whole system works very well. The flavours are great and becuase I can change them quickly, I'm finding that I'm switching between flavours more regularly. It's great to have the choice. The only downfalls are pricing and limited ranges of flavours. I would like to try some other flavours like strawberry, orange, more blended flavours etc. At £7 for 3 caps, I'm not seeing a great difference in pricing between this and cigarettes. I was never a heavy smoker but the prospect of saving money and health benefits are the 2 main reasons I've taken to vaping. Still trying to justify the money.”

“Very tactile, sleek and easy to use. Only issue would be the availability (or should I say lack of) of the refills. Only found them in Tesco , only at highest nicotine level and only 3 flavours.”

“The e-cigarettse are less strong than the e-pens. I like both, but as I'm a heavy smoker I sometimes need the e-pen. The wonderful thing is that my house does not stink any longer, and I do not have any cravings. The vype products are very well made and really work. I tried some other e-cigarettes before but always run into problems, but the Vype products work and charge as intended and are very easy to use.”

“Really good product, would prefer it if starter kit came with 12mg caps though as we both found the 18's a bit over powering. I smoke menthol so will try the mint option. Hoping to eventually not smoke ciggies but taking it slowly.”

“Love the product, but the website offers needs some work. When I bought my first eStick, I had an email offer of discounted tips. When I followed the links? I was offered them at full price, but they were available cheaper, on the High Street. I lost my first eStick and searched on line for a replacement. Again, an offer came up, but the link know took me to a more expensive cost to that in the offer. The offer price was honored, after a few emails and a phone call.”

“I was a 20 a day smoker for over 30 years. I have tried many times to quit...but always went back after a few days, weeks or even months as I always felt that I was depriving myself & just couldn't manage without the cigarettes!!! But....finally after all these years I have found a compromise with the Vype Pen! I can still get my nicotine hit (which I must add...I can pick & choose the strength according to my needs) but I am not putting the other 4000 poisons & chemicals in my body. Also, my pocket is hugely better off as I was spending in excess of £50 a week, whereas now I'm spending about £7. I have introduced the Vype to my friends & so far so good! I have been smoke free for 4 months & it was the best decision I have ever made. I can still have the pleasure a cigarette used to give me but I no longer smell of smoke & I have managed to save hundreds of pounds!!! Good luck & give it a go coz if I can do it anyone can!! :-)”

“Over all the charging unit and the cigarette stick are both neat attractive, and easy to use. They have a level of sophistication which is very pleasing. I am as yet still getting used to using this system but feel I will permanently continue with it”
