“With so many brands now available, it was difficult to decide at first who to go to, then do I get the tank or the pen? I had tried the e-cigg, but didn't get on with it very well. I decided to go for the tank. I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised, I found the tank to be pleasing to the eye, easy to hold and works very well! Although I've only had this 24hrs, I've only had 4 regular cigarettes, normally it's 20+, so it's looking good so far :-), definitely worth a try if you want to stop or cut down on regular cigarettes.”

“A review here for the Vype E-pen...A most excellent device. In fact, having tried so many others over a year, The Vype E-pen is quite something else by comparison. So simple to use, no spillage, no clearomiser to accidentally break (which they did often!) and...lots of notice of when the battery needs a re-charge - (unlike others that just stop!) The Pen Caps are of exceptional quality, giving a really pleasurable vaping experience, and let me not forget the great design and feel of the product...Thank you GoVype for the creation of this product.”

“We have had all different types of ecigerettes and this design is fab, all the others spill if they get knocked over whereas these don't I like the fact you can choose different colours too. And they taste just like having a cigarette so we found the switch over much easier.”

“The e cig itself is very good. However, I wrote an email to say that I didn't have dispatched what I ordered and had no reply. I got a different device and none of the flavours I requested.”

“Was not a heavy smoker of natural cigarettes, but decided to give these Vype e-cigarettes a try. I chose them because they are produced by a company that is owned by British American Tobacco. There was an element of trust there. They are very good, and I have not touched a normal roll up since I started. I would prefer if BAT took a lead and listed the ingredients on their product. That would give me even more reassurance. I will continue to use Vype. Their online store is very good, and products are delivered via tracked packages and arrive quickly.”

“Bit disappointed with tips as the cherry 1 ran out already, only started yesterday and haven't puffed on it that much, and they say it's 38mg but it feels like 12mg,, so not really happy with the product”

“This e cigarette ticks all the boxes ... Simple , Clean, Tidy, Smooth Taste and great flavours. I ordered the e-stick and I love how lightweight it is. I also love the charging box ... the fact that you can charge your e-cig whilst on the go is great!!! The only thing I would have a very small,small,tiny moan about would be the postage... would be great if it were guaranteed next day delivery....i have just changed to "Vype" after using another e-cig company due to their prices becoming extortionate...however with them as long as you ordered before 1pm and spent £20 or over they would send it next day delivery but with "Vype" I ordered on a Friday before 1pm and didn't receive until Wednesday morning - I realise there was a weekend but would of expected a monday delivery......... however a great product at a great price and will not be going back to my old company 5***** rating for the e-cig product ..... 4**** for the delivery....If your looking to give up smoking forever "Vype" is the way to go!!!!”

“I enjoy using this product, the only downside is the amount of clicks to get it started. It is smooth to use and gives the desired effect. Apart from that, all good, oh, but getting hold of the refills that I need is not great, it means I always have to order from Vype as I can't seem to ever find the nicotine free in the shops.”

“Good service but I really think you could do more to recycle. I like the product but some encouragement to get people recycling your products would be good. You could offer points to exchange for products on returning used clearomizers, batteries etc as other companies do. Also it would be good to have an option of replacing used coils so the clearomizer can be reused. Again other companies provide this facility so it would be nice to have the option. Great product though and british”
