“Never received my order yodel never delivered it going to use Vip instead as they use DPD delivery and they give you an hour time slot for delivery vype never going to use again”

“Very happy with purchase! I've been using e-cigarettes for a while now, and decided to give vaping a try. The Vype e-pen is very easy to operate: 1. no need to unscrew batteries when you have to recharge, just use the usb slot at the bottom 2. very simple to use, with a choice of strengths every puff 3. easy to change refills, no need to wait until one's finished, you can swap them round as often as you want 4. really REALLY leak-proof, no seepage at all 5. wide range of both flavours and strengths. So far I've tried tobacco, mint, indigo (blackcurrant) and vanilla - and I've not yet found one I don't like, although VANILLA is definitely the favourite so far! The only way to improve it is to reduce the price of the refills; they're fairly competitively priced, but a few special offers would be welcome. Overall: 10/10”

“Easy to use give a good vape, tastes like a cigarette. Haven't smoked a real cigarette in 8 months and have tried many e-cigs and this is by far the best.”

“I have been using the E-Pen, and it O.K, but it is a bit fiddly with green light to turn it on and then the white light to actually vape, and then it turns itself off and then again it is press button 3 times to get green light to turn it back on, etc etc. It would be better if it just turned on and STAYED on until you decided to turn it off. Also VYPE seem to be always changing the flavours, so that when you find one that you like, it is then discontinued. It would be better if VYPE developed a range of flavours and across the board nicotine strengths and stuck to them on a permanent basis.”

“A smoker for 45 years I found most e-cigarettes either to big or not enough vapour. The Vype etank has the best for both size and amount of vapour. I have recommended it to some of my friends.”

“Product (pebble) is fine but will never order from Vype again as they use Yodel for delivery. Had a real problem with the delivery company. When will the Pebble be available to buy else where?”
