“45 years I have smoked tried all other items chewingum/patches/lots of other E cig but the vype definitely works for me now prefer my vype epen better than cig 4G years unbelievable thought I could never give up advised lots of people to try am extremely impressed! !!!”

“Disappointed with the lack of service when things go wrong like the e-tank tube that would not work at all and when I finally tracked down how to complain and was given a ticket number nothing happened.I complained again and was given another ticket number and thereafter - nothing.Is this good customer service? I don't think so. The two ticket numbers are as follows:Ticket ID: PGK-74088 Subject: Ticket ID: IFB-38193Ticket ID: IFB-38193 Subject: Non workingeTank tube If this poor service continues I will be forced elsewhere I am afraid. As a plus your new larger rechargeable battery is much better than the standard one. Rgds Paul Morris”

“After 6 attempts of trying to quit smoking im on 4 weeks of useing the epen havent looked at a cigarette since ,even got my mum on one and shes smoked for 54 years its just like you,ve had a fag but without the poison highly recommend .”

“So glad I found this product after trying so many different ones, this is the best one I've had. For me I am sensitive to the pg ecigs so to be able to get replacement e tips that are only vg and contain no pg is such a relief to find. Only criticism is that the v pure tips are not available in many local stores like the other flavours. I think it should be advertised more and promoted to stores for people to realise that there is another option for people that can't use the pg ecigs”

“I have been using the vype e-pen for around 2 months now - I love it! It's made me give up smoking cigarettes completely, I have tried all other e-cig products on the market but this is my favourite! No leaks and simply remove a cap and replace with a new one! No messing around with coils & spills. My mum & partner are now using vype e pens and are doing really well. Highly recommend!!”

“Great product to use the only thing I would change is a metal or harder plastic mouth piece . Something like they have on pipes but overall easy to use great taste I have two batteries so have one charged all the time”

“Limited flavours for the e-pen but the ones you can get are really nice. The battery lasts roughly one full day on continual use. I haven't smoked in a long time, and find I don't even crave my e-pen. Personally I think it does the job, and is relatively cheap. Was money well spent, but I would like more flavours.”

“The e-stick has stopped me smoking. It does seem to be a lot more expensive than I believed. I am using 1 1/2 tips per day. The Charger which holds the cig. lasts only 2-3 days with 4 lights lit, then I need to recharge. I have had to buy a new unit to alternate. Its a pity there is not a sliding price for more than the 6 tips. Perhaps 25 or even 50 would be great All in all its doing the job and saving lots of cash compared to my normal cigarettes”
