“Overall a good experience. I don't want to say very good as to me that is excellent but it's not far off. Very quick charging time and estick 'feels' like a real cigarette. If I was to make a change in buying this as a package I would give a choice as to which liquid came with the package. I found the 'tobacco' liquid far to strong and was glad that I had also ordered the apple. Hopefully I will be able to find someone to swap the tobacco with.”

“Bought the Vanilla and the apple flavours , very nice taste . Much prefer these flavours more than the plain tobacco flavour. Very quick delivery , excellent service ty”

“The flavours could do with being a bit more palatable but I feel more comfortable with the thought that they are bought from a chemist and the vapour chemical is produced in the UK.”

“Fantastic service, received the item after great feedback from friends and I must say it's even better than I expected, compared to other vapes I have used which leaked oil in my uniform pockets this doesn't due to a really safe and foolproof screw in cap, brilliant device, brilliant service, highly recommended if you genuinely want to stop.”

“Easy to use. No complications. First kit was faulty. ( Cigarette would not charge) Replaced immediately by Superdrug. Excellent product. Cured me of 'real' cigs in a week. And saved a fortune. Love the product.”

“I have tried different e cigarettes and this is by far my favourite. I like the design and how easy it is to use and refill. However my only issue is the flavours. I bought the crisp mint but it does not taste if anything at all. Not sure there is much point trying other flavours if they all taste the same (of nothing) so this was disappointing but overall in pleased with the product! Please consider adding stronger flavours as an option!”

“Can't believe how easy to give up cigarettes. Was recommended the E pen and haven't looked back. Had to deal with customer service 2 weeks ago. They were so helpful, a joy these days. Would I recommend ? Most certainly.”

“The vype e pen is excellent it's the best e cigarette I have tried . I love the fact there cartridges not oil ,as the oil ones leak everywhere I've tried other makes of oil ones and there more expensive than your e pen and are rubbish ,I would recommend this e pen to all my friends it's brilliant , Thank you J A Payne”

“The nearest thing to smoking a real cigarette I've tried, battery is life is very short but the "charging case" largely mitigates the inconvenience. Very good.”

“At the beginning, the taste and the overall experience seem alright. This was especially with the first tip part of the initial kit. After a while the whole experience became horrible. Every time I was inhaling, my throat was burning. After several days, I've changed the tip thinking that the one I've been using was gone. With the second tip the burning throat sensation didn't disappeared. After several days, when I've inhaled the first time from the third tip, I felt the liquid in my mouth and my throat. I wouldn't recommend to anyone the Vype e-cigarettes. For me and my wife, these cigarettes were a very big disappointment.”
