“Overall I am pleased with the vype devises. I'm disappointed that the liquid in the strategy pack lasts a lot longer than the individually sold ones!”

“I was disappointed initially as the link i used offered a 25% discount with my first order, which was never given! Not good Vype, especially if you offer it! The pen itself and liquids are good with no mess and feel of good quality! I would have found it helpful to have enclosed instructions on how to dismantle the pen to re-charge as i'm still not sure of what comes apart and what doesn't to recharge!”

“I viewed 1 advert for vype with cartridges and went out to purchase 1. I haven't had a cigarette for over 3 weeks now. WHY VYPE IS GOOD. It's simple to use and simple to replace the oil filled cartridges. Other ecigarettes are really complicated to refill the oil and filters need changing. I vote vype. Katie”

“The only issue i had was that the delivery process. Email on the sunday to say despatched but Royal Mail did not up date tracking until the tuesday afternoon, the goods did arrive on the wednesday, so was just a bit misleading Apart from that the quailty and cusomer service were excellent.”

“I choose the e-pen because you don't have to try and put the liquid in, which I've struggled with before. You get cartridges with the liquid all ready in and you just screw it on put the cap on and away you go.”

“I first used the Vype epen, however after around a year I found that it was quite expensive to keep buying the refills, as I often went through one a day. I also had a few problems with some of the cartridges, however the Vype customer service team were excellent and sent me replacements with no hassle. I have recently purchased the Vype etank as I felt it would be better value for money. I have only had it for around a day but I am very impressed. Filling the tank only uses about 1/6 of the bottle and the bottles themselves are cheaper so much better value for money. It is also very easy to refill. Far better quality than any other refillable ecig I've used in the past, it is almost impossible to accidentally drop any liquid into the wrong place, it does not get hot with use and the battery life is very good, and no unpleasant e-liquid coming through the top into your mouth. As previously mentioned, Vype customer services are excellent and they are happy to sort any problems you have.”
