“product fantastic ! easy use . found refills on the ecig too strong for me although advised it was ok for 15 to 20 a day . but we all have personal different tastes, but i wish the refils came in different strengths , good , very good egic . thanks”

“I haven't tried the e cigarettes but have used the e-liquids many times. The tobacco flavours ones are very good and the delivery service is excellent. Could certainly recommend the Gold Tobacco flavour to those who look for real cigarette replacement flavours”

“Really light-weight and easy to use. Only negative is it is a little too light, and has a slight cheap feel to it. But more than happy to recommend them. The actual vapour is really smooth and has a unique taste (tobacco) - not like the liquid ones which can get a bit too much.”

“The kit arrived much sooner than expected. I have never vaped before and found the instructions in what is described as a 'starter pack' minimal so I took to the internet for guidance. It is important, apparently, never to drip the liquid into the cone so I didn't. I also read to leave it for 10 minutes before use but that may not be for Yypes. Not that that mattered as the battery wasn't fully charged but once I learned that red is low and green is ok, I charged it up. It didn't take long; not much more than 20 minutes in fact. I'm vaping because I'm advised that as long as you don't use fruit flavours - which are rumoured to damage lungs with 'popcorn lung' - you'll be ok. I need to lose weight and I wasn't fat when I smoked (I stopped a long time ago and won't go back to it) so hope that it'll keep me away from the fridge. If it doesn't work, I'll stop vaping but if it works, I'll stop vaping once I'm slim; simple as that!”

“Still using my complimentary vype pack, but have since ordered more products. These have yet to arrive. Suggest DPD couriers as they do next day delivery and keep you informed of tracking right to the 1 hour time slot for delivery. Will be able to tell more once I have the flavoured tops and another vype charger pack ordered end of last week! Thanks”

“Purchased the refillable v tank after using another companies product, Received t it the next day and was impressed at how well packaged it all was, V tank and battery build quality is excellent and very sturdy, Easy to fill and get going. However the coil burnt out within a days use, I am a heavy vaper so will put it down to this, Fingers crossed the next coil lasts a bit longer.”

“my only complaint would be that the mechanism that holds the metal screw part in to the battery is not made very well and breaks... I have just bought my third vype epen due to the first 2 breaking in the same way - The screw in part becomes detached from the battery, you can put it back in with some difficulty, but once it comes out once, it will fall out again. This is due to the removal action being a twist, so after a while, when twisting new cartridges or the charger on and off, the piece comes out. Eventually, one of the wires snaps and then it is game over and time to buy another :( If this happens to my new epen, I will likely look for another brand. Other than that - great product, nice flavours (love the new smooth virginia tasting flavour) good charge time, etc...”

“Easy to use ideal for someone like me who is using this e-pen to replace cigarettes and give up. Good vapour although a bit noisy refills a bit expensive but generally good. Handy u can buy refills from shops and chemists”
