“Only use E pod and find them better than the others of which we have tried them all”

“I'm giving vype itself a 4 star as their products a whole are generally top quality. However I have recently purchased the epen 3 and I was very disappointed with this product. The idea is excellent but compared to the taste and flavour of the etank pro 2 which I also have it just doesn't even compare. This really needs work. And it is too expensive for what you get. 2 refill cartridges for the epen 3 are £5.49 which will last around 2 maybe 3 days at a push. A single bottle of 10ml e liquid is average £4 which will last 4 or 5 days. Not ideal at all. Like I said. Fabulous idea. Needs more work.”

It is worth pointing out that they are two different devices that operate differently. An open device such as the eTank Pro 2 will offer longer lasting liquid as it can be refilled. “Vype epen 3 is great,been stopped smoking 12 weeks,not enough flavours tho and refills are bit expensive other than that great”

“Love the flavour of the blended tobacco and it stopped me smoking after many attempts. The vype epen 2 produces a modest vapour rather than the stupid clouds often witnessed. Not the cheapest so I keep my eye open for offers but so easy, totally leak proof and less conspicuous. Excellent product”

“I find them a satisfactory alternative to cigarettes. I prefer the epen to the Epen3. With the epen it is easier to see how much Is left in the cartridge.”

“I use the Vype epen 3.... gave up ciggies in September and not looked back! Definitely a good substitute! Worked for me and I was smoking 15 a day!”

“I use these after giving up smoking! I like the coconut liquid and I change the wick quite often to get the best taste. Would be good if liquids were a bit cheaper and free delivery no matter how much you spend. I probably spend the same as cigarettes as the liquids are expensive.”

“Seems ok but the cartridges that come with it are far too strong need to do packs with cartridges of a lower nictonine level with the epen3”

“I'm a satisfied customer. This is my first time using vapes, having quit smoking 1/5/19. I find that the vapour is satisfying and stops my cravings. It takes a bit to get used to the difference between 'smoke' and 'vapour,' can feel a bit dry at times. My only gripe is that you can't tell when a pod is nearly empty. Some concern that I may be spending more on pods than cigarettes, but then I quickly push this aside when I consider the benefits to my health. I enjoy the fruity flavours, but found that the apple seemed to disappear very quickly when compared to dark cherry. Perhaps I enjoyed it too much? Not a fan of the tobacco and mint flavours that came with the starter kit - or the fact that they are MANDATORY. I've just set up a subscription to benefit from some savings. The pod flavours are not widely available in shops (apart from crisp mint, tobacco and dark cherry). If I could see the level of the 'juice' left in the pod, this would be an easy 5/5 for the epen 3.”

“I been loving my vype, I personally will not been using any vape shops, as I don't trust them, at least with vype you know they have done there due diligence. Been using epen3 for 10 months.”

“The vype cigarette is great but unfortunately there are very few shops that sell the pods and even at that, they only sell 18mg. Its no problem to order them online but I have to pay for a delivery charge each time”

Retail stores currently mostly stock 12mg and 18mg strengths, and this is a decision made by each retailer. It is based on mostly commercial reasons for retailers, because they cannot stock the full range of a manufacturer’s products. 18mg is typically the best-selling strength, so the range they decide to stock reflects this. “Having used a variety of Vype e-devices over the years I have settled to using the pro and pro2 tanks which have a better suction draw experience, are less likely to leak and are easier to clean than the cheaper devices. If asked what improvements I would like they are,in order 1- A fluted mouthpiece so it is possible to hang on to the tank with my teeth while using both hands. 2- A variety of coloured mouthpieces to help me keep track of the order of use and life of atomiser. 3- A rubber sleve to fit around the glass tank section to help it survive the inevitable fall to the floor, I use different coloured rubber bands treble looped which have saved the glass tank on more than one occasion and help me identify the device.”
