“I bought the estick starter pack with blended tobacco and tobacco refills/cartomisers, I found it to be a great flavour and a smooth vape the only downside for me was the the refills run out far too quickly and are not the cheapest which is a shame as I would have been a returning customer.”

“I have been using the Vype e-pen for about 18 months. It has definitely helped me stop smoking cigarettes, which is the primary reason I'm using it. The product is generally good. It's easy to use and gives a consistent and satisfying amount of vapour. I have used a few different "ready-made" e-cigarettes (by that I mean products that are self-contained, where you don't mix your own liquid) and the Vype e-pen is certainly the best in terms of the amount and consistency of vapour produced. The pen charges quickly (~2 hours) and I haven't felt the need to get a second battery (I always make sure it's charged before I go out for a long time; otherwise I'm almost always near a usb charger of some kind so quick intermediate charges are not a problem). I use about 3 caps per week and with this usage, I charge the e-pen about once every 3 days. I am now using the 12 mg caps, just switched after using the 18 mg caps for a long time. I'd say, if you smoke but not that much (say, less than half a pack a day) then you can go straight to the 12 mg strength. Unfortunately, I first ran in to this product at Tesco and they only stock the maximum strength caps. Now that I'm adjusting to ordering everything online, this isn't a problem. The company has always been very courteous and responsive, something which I can't stress enough! The first e-pen I bought broke quite easily. I got in contact with the company and they immediately replaced it free of charge. The second one I have seems to be sturdier, as I've had it for over a year and it's still going strong. There are some signs of wear and tear; a bit of paint has come off the buttons on the corners (hardly noticeable though) and the hard white plastic part that the e-cap or charger screws onto has 4 tiny cracks, two on either side. None of this has affected performance. It is certainly important to not screw anything very hard onto this part, as stated clearly in the instructions. There are a few issues, which for me have been relatively minor such that I haven't decided to try another product. These include occasional cap leakage (apparently this is not supposed to happen, but it definitely does). I tap out the outer cap cover and wipe all parts down with a tissue and usually everything returns to normal. I try to keep the e-pen sitting upright on the battery end when I in the hopes of avoiding this. I'm not sure if there is anything else which can be done to stop this from happening; I have noticed that the caps have changed, ostensibly to prevent this? They now have tiny ridges on the inside of the outer vapour 'conduit' part, and I can see that they do trap some not-so-well vaporized liquid. All in all, for me, this is a good product and I will continue to use it until I can finally, someday, quit altogether. If they continue to improve the build quality so that the inside parts don't crack, then I'd give 4.5 stars; if the caps never leaked, I would give 5 stars for sure.”

“Have not been using for long but seem to be ok I am optimistic of being able to stop smoking with this device I was disappointed to not be able to use the 20% discount in the pack as the voucher was only valid until 31/12/2015”

“A good device to help "kick the habit". Battery life not brilliant if you are a heavy user, then you have to wait a couple of hours while recharging. Ideally you need a spare. Epen caps rather expensive again if you are a heavy user. Would be nice if there were more flavours to choose from. Am bewildered why VPro caps are dearer. Produce a nice thick vapour and duel strength button good. Overall quite happy with Epen, just wish accessories and caps cheaper or free postage offered on every order.”

“As a first time user of a esmoking device I must admit after much research on YouTube and other means I am glad I purchased the vype pen starter kit! It's easy to assemble and use! As its only been 4 days since getting it I can not say how the battery life is like or how long the contents of the solutions will last! I purposely purchased the apple flavour in zero nicotine as well and glad I did! Despite strong urges to taste again flavour of tobacco I regret to say the 2 that come with starter kit did not state the nicotine strength and no options to choose what flavour! The first attempt left me with a harsh throat and horrible taste in my mouth! Now I have one very slightly used and one never to be used by me capsules going to waste! So Vype people any chance the starter kit has an option to choose the flavour?? Or even the strength? Overall good product 10/10 Apple flavour 8/10 Price 10/10 Thumbs up!!!”

“The vype is a very good product slim and comfortable to hold ...pleased with it . However i was very disappointed when I went to my local very well known supermarket who sell vype e cigs .... that they only sell full strength liquid plus not much choice.... so have to order online through a friend which is sometimes inconvenient.”

“I bought a ePen three weeks ago. Generally it is very good, now I don't even like the real cigarette. This thing is really helpful for getting rid of tobacco. The only thing I am not happy is the Top was easy to broke. I know this ePen top was designed to be pulled to open but I accidentally twisted it. Then sad thing happened. Anyway, the taste is good and my body can feel this thing is healthier than tobaccos.”

“Having used e-cigs in the past the vype pen has been much better then the e-cigs that you have to fill, no leakage and very easy to change my only criticism is that the caps don't last very long so I have gone through 1 of these a day, other then that it's helped me ditch the normal cigs and I'm happy with it.”

“First impressions are very good. A very well made piece of kit, though time will tell. Charging is very quick and the refilling of the liquid is very easy - but fill it slowly as it can overflow if not careful. Highly recommended.”
