“The Vype ePen is a clever, convienent and simple e-cigarette. The design and basic idea appeals to me because the capsule system does away with drip feed bottles of liquid. The cap also contains the heating element which improves quality and performance every time I use a new cap. The customer service experience is also excellent. However, there is room for improvement in the Tobbaco flavor which I believe could richer taste and smoother. The caps do leak when drawing on the mouthpiece and a bitter taste is experienced. The rubber mouthpiece although the right shape does taste like sucking on a pencil eraser. The ePen is great idea, but is still a beta version still in development.”

“Hi, I loved the vype e-pen when i first got it, but after using it for a month i had to stop as it seemed that the liquid was burning even when i had a full e-liquid in it? Also the liquid has been leaking as there was little dry bits of the liquid all up the inside of the pen and on the mouth peice. Overall it was a good product to begin with but just feel let down as of all the problems i have been having with it. Would still rather use the vype e-pen than other products on the market at the moment as i love the design and it is very easy to use and change e-liquids. “Fast and really easy process no complaints really, however I ordered the wrong item by accident I ordered a eStick tip for my Vype Pen when I should of ordered the Epen cap instead”

“A very good vaping unit but the refills are way too expensive when adding up the cost. Literally only slightly cheaper if not just as expensive as buying tobacco. Real shame as the unit is very well designed when compared to other vaping companies.”

“I was a 20 a day person for fifty plus years. For two months I have only used E-cigarettes. Started with E-Stick but that cost me to much. I now use the e-pen and at the moment is working out better. I SEE THE PEN CAPS HAVE JUST GONE UP A £1 A pack. Take care VYPE there are other's”

“Found the batteries did not hold the power too long and the selection of flavours in taste and strength were not too good The one thing to be said good was that whilst the battery worked the drag was great most times Have a few left but the batteries are nearly all gone at least 5 in a month”

“Vype E pen is good, also robust as I had a tendency to damage other E cigarettes while in my pocket. E stick enjoyable but does not last very long which detracts from value for money. Good company to deal with when ordering items”

“Overall a good alternative to a cigarette. The only criticism I have is that the flavours could be better with a greater selection. Personally I can't take the cherry flavour but that's a personal choice. Battery life is great!!”

“I love vype E-cigs. I have one problem with them. The sticky tape on the top of the cartridge sometimes leaves the cartridge sticky. Why not put on a plastic cap on both ends?”

“Have had the e-stick system for 3 months. No trouble with the unit and it is still working fine with the original battery. Order the refills direct from Vype to take advantages of their savings, delivery usually takes 2 working days from placing order on their standard delivery. Only had one cartridge failure which I guess could happen to any system, on the whole pretty good. As the cartridges are manufactured in the UK you can have piece of mind that controls are in place on quality of materials. The only downside which is more than a niggle is that the cartridges could last a bit longer, if you were a heavy smoker (20+) I would look to go with the e-pen”

“I have rated this product good as it has helped me quit smoking. Nearly a year smoke free and I was a heavy smoker for 15 years. I'd previously tried going cold turkey or using nicotine gum without much luck. I needed the sensation of smoking and something to hold, old habits do indeed die hard. Just a couple of minor gripes from me which I feel just hold the E-Pen back from full marks. These mainly relate to construction. I have now bought 4 of the starter kits as all tend to break at the same point (where the cartridge screws onto the battery). The first was likely my own fault (too tight) but I have been very careful with the subsequent devices but all of mine have broken in the same way, a small crack in the plastic housing which gets worse until the thing falls apart. I would also prefer a simple on/off switch instead of the 3 click system but I guess this to save space and components in the device. An option to purchase lower strengths of nicotine would also be great. That said, I can't fault Vype themselves, always helpful and went beyond my expectations when an order of mine was damaged in transit. Over all a good device if you're looking to cut down or quit from real cigarettes. Cheaper than alternatives, less hassle than tanks, coils and liquids, pleasant flavours (normally menthol for me) and the battery lasts well even during heavy use. Thanks Vype for helping me quit!”
