“This is the only epen I find excellent! However it could be improved upon ie the battery life is short and sometimes the refills do not work and can taste awful at the end. However having said all that customer service is excellent, having been sent refills on complaining about the ones that don't work at all. Can't fault that! Just hope they can sort out the battery”

“I liked the product, it is easy to use and put together and I like the blended tobacco and the cherry flavour. It is light and elegant but I would welcome more flavours and a more flexible vapour realease (currently there are two settings and they are both too strong for me-maybe it is the nicotine content that it is strong) Overall a very good product and design. I haven't smoked since.”

“Brilliant better than any other electronic cigarette I have tried There is no after taste of the oil more like a real cigarette Clean and easy to use no messing about with oil bottles just replace cartridge Highly recommend it”

“I have struggled to give up smoking many times I have tryed other methods but nothing has lasted more than a week but with the vype pen I have gone 22days with out smoking :)”

“Very good but find the vapour very dry and not very strong taste. I usually smoke menthol and the vapour from a vype menthol didn't really taste of anything. Overall, good value but rather a dry gaping sensation.”

“A Great Product.I have quit cigarettes after 50 years of smoking.Glad to see they are bringing in more flavours and strengths. The only downsides of this product are having to re charge battery often and just odd occasions of the ecap leaking fluid into the mouth.I can live with these minor problems,as overall it's a really great alternative.”

“The cartridges didn't last that long so I went through them pretty quickly. No shop near me seemed to stock the cartridges I needed so I ended up just buying myself a new e - cig that I could just refill.”

“Positives: Cheap, easy to use, good looking, nice vape, most make me cough the vype does not. cons: occasionally the caps leek from the plastic end. They could do with a better range of fluids in different strengths & more flavours.”

“The quality of Vype is generally excellent. There are only a couple of negatives, firstly the battery has failed twice; first time i bought another starter pack, and when the battery again failed some 6 weeks later, i managed to get a replacement sent FOC from Vype direct. Second slight negative, is that two or three times now i have opened a new tip to find it was empty (i did nothing about it) and once i found a new tip had leaked out completely before opening it up.”

“Caps are £2 each and you need to spend £30 before any sort of multibuy discount is offered.. This should be looked at. Good product and vapour. Really fast delivery.”

“Certainly helped me to stop smoking (6weeks) - has proved to be an expensive method, although I would have been spending it on tobacco! I don't crave a real cigarette, hate the smell and find I'm happy to be in other smokers company without wanting one, so my next step is to reduce Nicotine. I've tried to do this by vaping but it's such a inconsistent method (difficulty finding right e liquid, probably tried 20 flavours and makes and poor quality atomisers). It's not an easy road but Vype has made it much easier then the previous times I've tried to quit Jane”
