“the epend Vpro flavours are amazing (wild berry and master blend are my favourites, I don't care for the mint) but the problem is that vype only released these in 18mg. for me personally 18mg nicotine is far too strong, so strong in fact that I get acid reflux and issues with my throat when I vape this strength. this has forced me to revert to the "normal" epen ecaps of 12mg, which are simply not as flavoursome (but don't cause me any health issues). On the plus side, the ebox is a major milestone for vype and definitely a step in the right direction. But if vype are to corner the market for vaping then they should look to release more flavours similar to the vpro line but in different (lower) nicotine levels, 6mg, 12mg, etc. I do like a little "throat hit" but I don't want to get Oesophageal cancer either. I don't know why vype only released vpro in maximum strength, but they should look to release these in all flavours and strengths. also the ebox leaks when you refill it with liquid, something I have mentioned to vype customer services before. unfortunately this is virtually inevitable with the majority of top-fill refillable tank systems so it's not a complaint just an observation really. the ebox is a good product I am pleased with the battery life and the vape quality is decent. I still think vype are using too much PG in their liquids but perhaps this is because PG has a better safety profile than VG, who knows. Atomiser life seems decent (around 2 weeks for me personally) so I don't have any complaints there. would like to see more flavours though. Also, the drip tip gets hot during continued use, a common drawback with a stainless steel / metal drip tip, perhaps they could release a plastic version?”

“I have recently given up smoking and switched to Vype eCigs before moving to the ePen and then the eTank. All fantastic, and then finally got the ebox. I had problems finding the ebox but after an email to Vype asking about availability, a customer service agent got in touch and not only sorted one out for me but went above and beyond any customer service experience I've ever had! Big shout out to Liz!! I've already convinced 3 friends to switch to Vype products and they are all so glad they did. A perfect alternative to smoking and I haven't had a single puff on a cigarette since I made the switch to Vype products.”

“They are clearly a healthier substitute to regular cigarettes and help me do away with the craving for nicotine without exposure to the many unpleasant and unhealthy characteristics of tobacco. I feel generally healthier ever since started committing myself to the vype e-cigarettes again”

“I have tried almost every type of e cigarette & this one is by far the best. No messy liquids or changing inner parts. So easy, just charge, screw on top & of you go, and it doesn't leak,even when upside down! 3 other members of my family now use it too. BRILLIANT, thank you so much Cathy x”

“I ordered a new Vype pen as I originally had the e-pen with cartridges but found myself going through 2 cartridges a day. With my new pen I don't have to refill my tank for at least 5 days. Delivery was fast and the ordering process was quick and easy. Would recommend.”
