“I love the pen, design and its functionality. Had a few issues with and contacted James. James assisted me and dealt with my issue to resolution even checking in with me after resolution and provided further advise. A credit to BAT and an excellent customer advocate !”

“I have been using the vype epen2 for the past 18 months; good product but battery and leakage was an issue. I switched to the epen3 and it is a dramatically improved experience. Excellent product”

“I have been smoking e cigarettes for 6 years now, I started with intellicig and then it changed to vype and I have continued to use it ever since! I haven't had a real cigarette for 6 years and I definitely won't as long as I can get vype cigarettes.”

“Not like others I have tried It is much more like smoking a cigarette It is so easy to use with no messy filling with bottles and replacing coils etc Not too much vapour and not sickly sweet Now that I have found that you can get the cartridges in lower nicotine levels even if only on the Internet, I Am happy.”
