“All my orders have been delivered within the timescale apart from one but I was called and kept up to date with how my order was progressing. I've purchased the epen, the etank and now the ebox and they are all really good quality. The different flavours are really nice although I don't find the mint very flavoursome. Overall though a brilliant service”

“The Vype cigarette is really good for replacing smoking. Some of the vapours are little strong to start with but the 100%vg refills are the best so far. Would recommend to other who want to quit smoking.”

“I recently purchased the Vype eTank, and for the first day or so it worked fine, however it did develop a problem that manifested itself in a very weak vapour, to the point that I had to suck so hard that I nearly collapsed a lung;) That said when I reported the fault to the folks at customer service they were superb. They responded very quickly and were happy to replace the unit without issue. The Vype fluids are certainly the best that I have tasted, in particular the Golden tobacco and Cherry flavours. I am considering upgrading to the eBox but at nearly 50 quid its a bit pricey. All in all my experience has been OK, hopefully the replacement eTank will work as expected:)”

“The Vype etanks are ok, but do leak a little, and can be a little tricky to refill at times. Battery life span is good, but very hard to see if it is running low. The Vype ebox is absolutely excellent, best vaping device I ve used since being a vaper of 2 years! I really love this, ticks all boxes:) Would like to see a Vype carry case for this, which also accommodates a couple of liquid bottle storage space. Vype liquids are ok, I really like / love the blended tobacco liquid which goes well with beer or coffee. The dark cherry is very over powering and a little sickly unless mixed with another flavour. Apple is a bit weak. Vanilla is ok but is slightly on the strong side. Would really like to see a few more to choose from. Posting is a little expensive from Vype unless you get over a certain purchase price. This would be better if it was stated clearly how much you needed to order to achieve this, particularly as I like to bulk buy and would normally be doing of around £20 ish a time monthly.”

“Bought the Vype e tank after trying the e pen. I like the e pen as nice soft, rubbery tip. Although the battery doesn't seem to last long. Found the e tank to be a bit hard to the touch- no soft tip like the Brio tank. So overall a bit disappointed.”
