“Called into Waitrose Cafe at Preston today. Just a little niggle - I asked for Apple strudel to be warmed up but was told couldn' t do it as not on regulation list! Surely a 30 second job could have been done, instead was given free cream to compensate. Very strange as most Cafe's elsewhere would deffinately complete the request.”

“The order arrived exactly on time. All the items were of the highest quality. There is an ongoing issue with their voucher system but this is being dealt with by the customer service team and in no way detracts from the quality of their produce”

“The product quality is generally good and most of what I need is available. There are specific products from Belgium and Italy that I used to buy when living in Belgium, and I'm glad to find them again in Waitrose after moving to the UK. Some of them are not available in Tesco but available in Waitrose. And I enjoy using the "my waitrose" card system because it not only gives you discount but also tailor the service and promotion according to your needs.”

“Good customer service. Very friendly delivery drivers,just pot luck with substitutions.we make it a game with substitution bingo now,guess the most obscure product replacement.”

“I like the range of products they display I know generally their prices are expensive but they do have some really good offers. I have a Waitrose card and receive vouchers etc through the post and info online. Yesterday I was able to purchase three laundry products (mix & match) for £10.00 saving £7.00. I love a bargain! Staff are usually very helpful too.”
