“I received the product on time. The jewelry is very pretty but kinda small. I asked if I can exchange it. The seller was happy to replace it, but then I decided not to because it will cost me more.”

“Very quick delivery, but the $800 package was left by the courier on the shelf outside the letterbox. It had signature only on the package. By pure chance I found it before anyone else did. My husband ordered it for my birthday so it hasn’t been opened yet because it’s gift wrapped, and it’s not my birthday yet, I hope it’s the right thing!”

Dear Wilma, we are so sorry to hear this, thank you so much for letting us know! We will investigate this incident with our Courier immediately as that is not acceptable at all. We do hope you love the gift but are more than happy to assist with an exchange also so just get in touch if we can help!
