“Delivery is always super speedy. Very helpful if you are on a tight timeline for a gift. It is great that the picture show the items being worn if you are buying on line to get a good idea of size. I have been caught out on other sites before. The only thing is the website is a bit clunky to use, and the search engine could do a better job. Otherwise, as always, very happy, with my purchase”

“Love my Stolen bow SS ring. Fast delivery. I'm finding the Diamond Club confusing as it keeps logging me out and not connecting with my W&H log in.”

“Excellent speedy service. Pendants are as advertised. I purchased two initials, one for my husbands name and one for my sons. Can’t wait to wear them!”

“I visited w&h newmarket to see if I could buy in person but the staff seemed quite stressed and they have very low stock availability. Shopping online was very easy & would be great if you were able to see what the instore availability was like in store to save the trip.”

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We do offer view product availability in stores on all our products. It is just in a block below the add to cart button:) We also strive to make sure our staff are well taken care off and that any stress does not interfere with their customer service experience.
