Terrible service at Newmarket store!!! Went to pick up my click and collect after receiving notification from the SHOP app it was ready only to find the staff “knew nothing about it” and werent very helpful at all.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your review, although we are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed. We are not on the SHOP app currently but I imagine that the order got fulfilled accidentally and you may have been notified. We can totally understand how frustrating that is. I hope that if you do consider us again in the future that any further experiences will be of the high standard which we expect and which you deserve. Birthday voucher didnt work. Online help was good, eventually had to send a code to complete. I have a $75 tier reward on my account, dont hold out much hope that will work. Follow up from online manager was just an excuse fest, changed my rating down, well done Rima :(

Hi team, I live in Christchurch so there is no retail store here and I don't shop for jewelry on-line unless I have seen the actual piece in real life and know what it really looks like and how it looks on me. I purchased a voucher for my daughter, who lives in Wellington, for birthday, and gave you her name as the recipient of the gift voucher. I didn't see an option for signing her up to your club. I would like her to be the member, not me.

I brought the baby bracelet but unfortunately was bent and out of shape. Disappointed when it was for my babes 1st birthday. Bracelet is cute though.

I had trouble making an online purchase, tried numerous times and had a friend try with his credit card to make sure it’s wasn’t mine. The payment process did not work for him either. I had to leave a message via messenger and made the purchase through that Avenue when a customer service person rang. Unfortunately she continued to try and blame my bank even after I explained that I had tried another bank card she was also a little rude and was more interested in upsaling me. The only reason I continued with purchase is I know my daughter would love this for Xmas but I was not impressed … let’s hope delivery is with out incident 🤞

While delivery was quick, I feel really misled and disappointed with the silver A pendant, I know it stayed size but in the pictures it looks much bigger than it is.

The box I received looks cheap, the colour is nothing like it looked in the picture. There's a mark on the that won't come off. I brought 4 jewellery boxes to see which would be best for all I have to put in the other 3 were from trade me and cost less but were all well made beautiful colours. I picked which I and gave the others as gifts to my sister and friend. I didn't show them the Walker and Hall one because I did not want them to know how much I paid for so it's been put right away.

Friendly, helpful staff over both email and in-shop. However, the necklace has an very obvious metal flaw on the pendant. They have agreed to fix, but would expect a higher standard quality control! Fingers crossed this is a one-off faulty product and I can update the two stars with more once they come to the party on a replacement.

I was impressed by the fast delivery, and the nice box that the fine silver chain came in. However, the chain was much thinner than I expected. I had to use a magnifying glass to check whether the photo was actually of the real chain. Although the photo was technically accurate, it was zoomed in enormously. I would have preferred to see a photo of the chain on a real person.

I purchased a gift certificate but there was no screen to put my friends details in so the certificate came to my email and was in my name. I called head office and they said forward the email to your self and change the name. Not ideal...

I have not yet received my purchase and tracking shows it was picked up on 5 May but there has been no progess on the tracking since then. I lodged an enquiry with NZ Post Couriers yesterday but have not received a reply. I am very disappointed as I ordered in plenty of time to make it a gift to my granddaughter whose birthday is tomorrow. Alas, she will not receive it in time but I hope to get a repy from NZ Post soon.
