I purchased the earrings for my sister-in-laws 60th birthday which was last Friday and she still has not received them. The order number was 18115-please track this order and let me know when it will be delivered to Christine Marsh. Regards Jenny Comer

I’m not sure where the mix up occurred but the package was not delivered to the address written on the delivery form. I received a call saying the package would would be delivered to the correct address within 3 day but it has been 5 days and no arrival yet.

Item on website was different to that which was posted. They only have one bar not two, and do not look the same quality. There were two styles and I specifically chose the one I saw on website. A bit disappointed once I received these with no communication that they were different to what was described.

I have reviewed your order of product code 024-01238 and there is only one image I can see which has just one bar hanging from each sleeper earring. I haven't been able to find the pair that you would prefer but if you can please let me know the product code or more details we would be happy to arrange an exchange or find a solution for this :)

While the jewellery item was fabulous I was disappointed they didn’t read my instructions with regards to the message on the gift card. It was for a sympathy gift and they used a ‘smitten’ gift card and wrote on the card ‘this is a sympathy card’ and omitted to write my message.

I was given the necklace as a gift and loved it so much that I decided to buy the earrings to match. In the photo they looked to have the same size silver and pounamu twists as the necklace. However when I received them they were less than half the size, tiny wee twists. So disappointing and very deceptive photography. Not happy!

Not the greatest service as I bought based on a promotion W&H was running over Easter. The promo was buy one get one free. Of the selected items one was out of stock. Your employee tried to resolve this by offering an alternative item (which was out of stock too). Eventually I selected a ring from a few options I was given. The staff member did her best all considering it was not her fault this issue had occurred. Ultimately I decided to buy based on the promo and in the end I didn't get what I wanted.

Had asked Newmarket to transfer a ring to their branch, from the airport, and the shop assistant confirmed that he was doing that for me and it would take about 2 days. I waited about 2 weeks and still hadn’t heard anything, so ordered it online instead, except now I can’t return it for a refund as it was purchased online. Quite disappointed in the customer service at Walker and Hall Newmarket.

Clasp on my stolen girlfriend's club chain broke first time I when to put it on. I think the chain is cheap junk so I went to another place to buy a better made chain. Post time was fine

Bracelet was lovely, but the engraving that walker and hall did for me was terrible. So small that you almost couldn't see it and then they hadn't even crossed the t's within the engraving. Was pretty disappointed really as now it just looks cheap.

My order was super late and I had to make contact as to wear my order was. Better communication is needed when delivery is going to be late or there is a delay.

I ordered some cufflinks and customer service was great online, i was happy i could pick them up from the airport and that ny engraving was included but once i got the cufflinks i was disappointed. The cufflinks were scratched and the coordinates i had asked for on one of the cufflinks was in tiny font at the top of the cufflink- it looked like a barcode. I wanted the font big enough to read easier even if this meant taking up a few lines and not just 1 across. I think the area you write what you want engraved should be more specific to avoid issues like this happening. I had to gift it as it was because i had no more time and it was engraved but my partner even thought it looked more like a barcode or serial number. It was a special occasion and id shopped for weeks for where i should buy -this was upsetting.

I was sent the wrong product. When I contacted about this, the staff were helpful, but I was asked to return the product before mine was sent out. I think it should have been sent to me with the courier bag to send the wrong one back.
