Very disappointed with the actual ring part of the erring as not closing properly and can’t wear for fear of falling out of ear lobe!! Such a disappointment as very costly!!

Unfortunately not a good review. Bought something on your site lastnight and then got a call today to say it was just the charm on sale not the chain which I didn't realize was separate they offered me a refund straight away but very disappointed.

Hi. My order has arrived and i’m not so happy about it, particularly on the faded bit which looks chipped, and the chain is tangled. We can’t send it back as we do not have enough time to replace it.

This was very disappointing. Got sent two earrings that don't match. It was meant to be a birthday present as well so reflected really poorly on me and now has led to an extra task. Won't be doing this again.

Not happy with overall experience. Ordered a necklace with engraving that was sent to an ex lover. The engraving ended up having spelling mistakes, not one but many resulting in the gift being thrown away by that individual altogether. The end result being I wasted money time and effort on this order. eeeeeeeeeeeeeee

My order: Engraving Location: Inside Bangle Engraving Extra Notes: Engraving on the inner of the bangle please Guess where the engraving is not. Completely ruined a piece of jewelry, what an absolute waste.

Massively disappointed. After going through the process to purchase an item online for click and collect I got an email an hour and a half after confirmation saying it was sold. Will not reccommend.

I'm so disappointed. I purchased a gift on the 25th of September. My friend's birthday was on the 29th of September. The earring was sent on the 27th but I haven't received it yet. Guess I've just threw away my money. I'm a little bit curious why did you send fine jewelry by regular postal service and not by a courier? I think you should reconsider your delivery options. Would I recommend shopping through your website to anyone? Not sure, even the range of products is really great but for me a great shopping experience is not only to click on the button "purchase", but what's happening after and I'm not satisfied.

Hi Ekaterina, Thanks for taking the time out to leave us a review. Although we are disappointed to hear that your item hasn't been delivered. Just wondering if you did get in touch with anyone at Walker & Hall to help you with this? To clarify, all our packages are sent through Courier Post which is a courier service and not a regular postal service. We offer track and trace along with overnight delivery but because of the challenging lockdown alert levels, this has been sitting at the depot and can imagine how stressful it must have been for the company. I can also see that the package was requested to be re-directed, further adding confusion at the depot it was at. To assure you, you haven't thrown away your money. We will launch an investigation with Courier Post now (assuming you havent contacted us at Walker & Hall) and get this sorted for you on priority. If it will take any longer for them to find the package, we will replace the item for you at no charge. Hope this helps! In future if you have any such concerns, its best to get in touch with the company before you loose hope. We will contact you via email shortly with an update. Take care! Stay safe and kind :)

sadly we have not received it yet. Courier says it was delivered well over a week ago and I have filed a complaint and whilst acknowledging receiving the complaint I have not had any follow up. Are you able to help from your end please
