Product didn't arrive on time Had to ring numerous times to find out where it was as it was a birthday gift... For the 30th of April areiced today the 7th of may This isn't due to covid I work In retail and have placed orders from Auckland and received the next day. First time purchasing from this company would think twice about doing it again.

We are so pleased to hear that your order has been received although we are very sad to see your feedback. After the four week Alert Level 4 lockdown period was lifted we added as many people as was safe to our online orders team so that we could process and dispatch the backlog of orders as quickly as possible. This has been a new logistical achievement for us, especially with our stores being closed and most of the gorgeous jewellery required to fulfil orders needing to be collected before they could be dispatched. We received your order late on a Tuesday night and had it processed and collected by the courier on Thursday afternoon. We respect that your feedback that it did not arrive on time is accurate based on your experience however we feel this is in fact due to the delays created by the huge demand placed on the courier services in NZ during Level 3 as a result of Covid-19 restrictions. We recognise this is not the level of service which we strive to achieve however the events of the last few weeks have affected us all in many ways and we are grateful for your understanding. We sincerely appreciate your support of our NZ family owned and operated business and hope that in the future we can show you the helpful and speedy service and delivery timeframes which we usually do achieve.

I still have not received the product despite waiting over a month for it to arrive. I understand that covid has had a massive impact on businesses but maybe ensure that your products have actually arrived before sending this out!

Thank you for your feedback. We have become aware in the last couple of days that many courier deliveries have been delayed due to the high demand and health & safety implications of Alert level 3 in NZ. We hope that your delivery arrives safely and that you will consider to update this review once it has. Fairly unimpressed with Walker and Hall. Ordered a large size. Received an email from Walker and Hall that the store sent a medium instead and I could have it resized. Decided to try the medium size ring as the ring was a gift and I wanted to make sure I had it on time. Ring didn't fit so had to take it back into the store. Had it resized that day but because we weren't informed till 4.30 pm the ring was then locked in an office over the weekend and couldn't be collected till Monday meaning we missed the date for the gift. Ring was eventually couriered on Monday. Fairly disappointed that the size was wrong from the start despite ordering the correct size. I can still order the larger size online which is pretty disappointing if you are unable to supply that. Will not be ordering from you again

Sorry but ring turned up completely bent, unable to be worn. I am unsure if the quality at this time but a customer service person is kindly sorting for me and we hope to see a new ring shortly. Thanks

Parcel arrived and was nicely wrapped, however earring is hardly close to what it shows online.

I bought a jade necles online, when picked it up at the airport got the really sad surprise that the quality or the design were completely different The staff at the airport branch was not particularly helpful either. Wouldn't buy from walker and hall again

I brought a necklace and when it arrived in its packaging it was all scratched up and dirty as if it was a demo one off the shelf, was very disappointed as it was a Christmas present would expect better for the price.

The description did say the chain was thinner than the photo but it was way to thin and short. The product was under the "Men's" tab but there is no way a man could wear it, had to buy a new chain. Very disappointing, will not shop here again. Avoid.

Gift came unwrapped even though this was requested as it was a gift. And earring box was dirty- looked like food.

We gift wrap all of our beautiful jewellery we send out apart from our Boh Runga packaging because the box is round and is unable to be wrapped - it still should have arrived with a beautiful bow on it! The items arrived badly damaged, largely due to the insufficient packaging. Fortunately the local store was able to replace everything on the spot.

I ordered a ring for a 21st present on a Wednesday, I was emailed Friday saying they had only just found it and it would be sent on the Monday. I replied stating it was a gift for the Saturday and asked for it to be sent overnight. It wasn't, it didn't arrive until Wednesday. Poor customer service and lack of communication will stop me from shopping with you again. Not being able to find a product is not good enough and not sending it urgently as an apology is also not good enough.
