“Despite ordering at the start of lockdown and not getting the order for 3-4 weeks. They used over night shipping and I got it sent the next day after receiving my receipt and I was really happy with. Would buy again for here”

“The necklace is a gift so hasnt been opened yet. However I was very disappointed that a $190 gift was left in my mailbox when I specifically asked for it to be dropped at my doorstep and the package did say that it should be left there”

“Excellent product....delayed delivery due to Covid 19...but kept informed. I was alarmed that I was not notified of delivery, and was sure I had asked to sign for my parcel. Luckily no problem....but potentially a big risk to leave over $500 worth of product in a drop box at the bottom of the drive!”

“Customer services online was great, I did try buy my item in store but was out of stock so had to purchase online. I was rural delivery so took 5 working days to receive which was a hard wait!”

“Having previously purchased a necklace with a silver bow I thought I would add to the collection for my daughters birthday. The item I purchased was a Karen Walker Society bracelet - beautiful and delicate. The box was beautifully wrapped but as I wanted to see the gift before giving to my daughter I opened this. Was disappointed to see the bracelet twisted up in the box as it had not been attached to the display moulding. Otherwise happy with my purchase.”

“Products and service always very good... hence the high rating. There was one let down however... my additional comments where it suggest I request an exchange card etc... I added in a few extra details which was printed on the outside of the courier parcel for the courier and whomever else opened the letter box to read it... obviously now knowing what I had purchased. Also of note and not walker and halls fault but the items were left in my letter box despite being signature required. Good service let down by some security flaws in the online shopping and delivery area”
