“The package was ship almost instantly but when it arrived the earrings I ordered where not even in the box, it was empty. I had emailed and they are sending a new pair out. Which I appreciate.”

“I reached out to support late one night with very little hope of finding a necklace that I was given as a gift over 10 years ago that I had lost. I couldn't find it on the website, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. The representative that I was connected to managed to not only find the necklace I was looking for but was able to get a special order in for me! I received the necklace today and I could not be happier! I have never received such amazing customer service in my life and would highly recommend Walker & Hall to all of my friends.
