“Very fast free delivery, ordered 3pm and parcel was on my doorstep by 9am the next morning!!! Usually express delivery is very costly and sometimes not even reliable, but I was so impressed as it was free and was there the next morning!”

“I was happy with my purchase however the ring was too small. Went to exchange it but found the lady so uninterested in helping me and was told I had to exchange it there and couldn't get a credit. Will go to another branch”

“I recently purchased super nova earrings for my daughters birthday they were slightly damaged but I rang the head office and they arranged for me to pick up another pair on friday morning which was as bit inconvenient but solved the disappointment”
