“My contact person with W&H was friendly, helpful and always prompt to answer emails. Always great customer service. Being in a time zone difference of 12 hours, made communication challenging, but emails were replied to immediately when sent during business hours”

“Absolutely outstanding service. I started on live chat, my son was turning 13 and his name bracelet I’d ordered fell through (thanks covid) within 24 hours the bracelet was engraved and ready to pick up in Albany. Everyone was so lovely. The packaging was amazing, even gave me a card to write in for My son. I actually cried 😂😂 but I’ve never felt more looked after. Thanks you guys, my son absolutely loves it 🥰”
