“Love my purchase, but the beginning of the service experience was quite bad. When I arrived the two team members working were chatting with their backs facing away from the counter, and it took a good few minutes to be acknowledged. I was actually planning on making another purchase but decided against it as the staff were quite abrupt. The online service however was absolutely amazing!”
