“While the jewellery item was fabulous I was disappointed they didn’t read my instructions with regards to the message on the gift card. It was for a sympathy gift and they used a ‘smitten’ gift card and wrote on the card ‘this is a sympathy card’ and omitted to write my message.”

“I was given the necklace as a gift and loved it so much that I decided to buy the earrings to match. In the photo they looked to have the same size silver and pounamu twists as the necklace. However when I received them they were less than half the size, tiny wee twists. So disappointing and very deceptive photography. Not happy!”
